Abs here i come

Like i have for the past few years i mumbled something about getting healthy/fit when asked about my resolutions this year. This time i am taking this very seriously. I have decided that ABS and toned bodies are sexy and i want me one of those. I have already started on this little project (i have run twice in a space of four days) baby steps for now and here is my plan to achieve the much desired look
  • Run/power walk  45 - 60 minutes thrice a week
  • Zumba zumba and more zumba as much as i can
  • I cannot really commit to healthy eating because bad food is my friend but i will try to drink lots of water and stay away from carbs. wish me luck.
I am not looking for fitness buddies but feel free to join in the gang of women world over that are doing something about their bodies. And now behold this is gonna be me in four months...whoop whoop

Good luck dear. I have stopped drinking coca cola and only water. this week i decided to eat only beans and see how it works.
I dont do any exercise yet but i would try and walk every morning.
I know you can do it. So keep it up.

I try to walk twice a week for one hour and have TRIED to stop eating junk (hard!!!)

Is Zumba a dance style?

@ema Zumba is a dace work out. looks really easy but is a hell of a work out. 30 minutes will have you sweating and its great because it works the whole body...

I hear you my friend, I do run - jog every 3 times a week, and do TAEBO in between my rests for jogs.. Am getting good results!

If you think that dance routine is tough, Billy Blanks and the Taebo is really killer! love it!

heyy good luck im trying to do the same im not overweight but i do need to tone my body and its harder than i thought but will achieve my beach body goal!! goodluckkk!
