Like i have for the past few years i mumbled something about getting healthy/fit when asked about my resolutions this year. This time i am taking this very seriously. I have decided that ABS and toned bodies are sexy and i want me one of those. I have already started on this little project (i have run twice in a space of four days) baby steps for now and here is my plan to achieve the much desired look
- Run/power walk 45 - 60 minutes thrice a week
- Zumba zumba and more zumba as much as i can
- I cannot really commit to healthy eating because bad food is my friend but i will try to drink lots of water and stay away from carbs. wish me luck.
I am not looking for fitness buddies but feel free to join in the gang of women world over that are doing something about their bodies. And now behold this is gonna be me in four months...whoop whoop
